Cleveland Browns president Mike Holmgren said rookie QB Brandon Weeden must earn the team's starting job this season; he'll still have to beat out QBs Colt McCoy and Seneca Wallace for the job. The Cleveland Browns could opt to keep QB Colt McCoy as the No. 2 quarterback this year behind QB Brandon Weeden. 'That could be a difficult situation except if it is ever going to work, it will work if that happens, because Colt McCoy is a special young man,' said president Mike Holmgren, who picked McCoy in the third round in 2010.
