| Raiders | Team might bring in a punter: Oakland Raiders P Shane Lechler (hamstring) suffered a strained hamstring in Week 15 against the Denver Broncos, and the team might need a replacement going forward, reports Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers. 'We'll have to decide pretty quick how we want to attack this,' head coach Tom Cable said. '(We'll have to determine) the severity and what his workload can be, if anything.' Cable added that Lechler would likely be OK to be the holder on place kicks even if he can't punt. Ps Glenn Pakulak and Swayze Waters are mentioned as potential replacements. | |
