| Jets | Tim Tebow package causing confusion : The New York Jets wasted two timeouts and hurried another play in the fourth quarter of Week 5, and the common denominator was the QB Tim Tebow package. Head coach Rex Ryan insists he still likes the package, and said things got out of whack when WR Clyde Gates (shoulder) left with a shoulder injury. As a result, the team had to use recently-signed WR Jason Hill in some of the Tebow packages. 'It's just that we had to put somebody in, in an unfamiliar position for him,' Ryan said. '(He) hadn't practiced it. Hopefully, we get guys that will be here longer than three or four days or whatever (and) maybe he'll pick it up.' | |
