The addition of WR Vincent Jackson to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense immediately gives the team the No. 1 wide receiver the team and fans were looking for. Jackson, at 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds, is a big target with surprising speed and an ability to get open downfield. The team said in January they would spend whatever it takes to win in the future, and they did just that as soon as the free-agent market opened. Buccaneers wide receivers struggled to get open last year, leading to a poor season by QB Josh Freeman. With Jackson, 29, in town, the hope is he will draw the attention of opposing defenses and open things up for WRs Mike Williams and Arrelious Benn, who become the second and third receivers, respectively.
