Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak said QB Jake Locker will enter 2013 as the starting quarterback, even after the addition of QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Munchak wants Fitzpatrick to push Locker, but believes the competition will make Locker a better player. 'I think (Fitzpatrick) understands his role,' Muchak said. 'Its Jakes team. Its Jakes time. Jakes going to be our guy. We made that decision last year after training camp.
