Kansas City Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli said he is very comfortable with the team's quarterback tandem of Matt Cassel and Brady Quinn. 'I think we have a very good and very competitive quarterback situation. I really do. And it is what it is. You know what I mean? That's the situation we have. And I'm very comfortable with it,' Pioli said. The Chiefs talked about creating better quarterback competition during the start of the offseason, but they just signed Quinn to the mix. They let QB Kyle Orton depart as a free-agent on a three-year, $10.5 million deal that Pioli described as 'very, very generous' and they were not in the Peyton Manning derby despite owner Clark Hunt saying to the world the team wanted Manning on board. | ||
