Waiver Wire: 2013 Week 15

Waiver Wire players are guys that are widely available in most standard 10-12 team leagues that you will want to consider adding to your roster. They could be immediate starters or bench/flex options with potential. We begin adding our waiver wire picks as early as Monday morning to give you a jump on the competition. Be sure to check back each week - the Waiver Wire is a critical part of any champions success!

QBJason Campbell
If you are having any questions at the QB position, you'll want to give Campbell a look. He returned to action for the first time since a week 12 concussion and quickly racked up 391 passing yards, 3 TDs, and 27 rushing yards. Cleveland's passing game is humming with Jordan Cameron at TE and Josh Gordon playing out of his mind. The combination of Brandon Weeden and Campbell has resulted in at least 16 points from the Browns QB position 5 of the last 6 weeks. In 4 of those games the tally was at least 20 points.

RBMarcel Reece
He inherited the running game with both McFadden and Jennings out of action. He handled it well with 19 carries, 123 rushing yards, 1 TD, and 2 catches for 38 yards. He may be worth grabbing in the event that he garners another start. However, his value drops off if Jennings is healthy enough to return to the field next week.

RBDaniel Thomas
Thomas saw even more action then expected after Lamar Miller went down with a concussion. He finished up with 16 carries for 105 yards and a TD. Assuming that Miller misses week 15, Thomas will be the feature back against a Patriots team that can be taken advantage of on the ground.

RBToby Gerhart
Gerhart was pressed into action Sunday for Adrian Peterson (foot) and he handled his end of the deal with 15 touches for 89 yards and a score. We don't yet know Peterson's status for week 15, but his owners (or any other poachers out there) may want to add Gerhart in the event that AP is limited.

Default ImageWRCordarrelle Patterson
He's owned in 26% of leagues, but he is a high reward flex option if you need another receiver. He's fresh off a big game in Baltimore where he snagged 5 balls for 141 yards and a score. He also added 111 return yards, so there's always a chance he breaks off a big one.
