RBRoy Helu
The rook had a good showing in the preseason and although he is Tim Hightower's backup right now, by the end of the season he has potential to take over the starting job. If you have a spot on your bench to hold an RB, Helu is an option you should take a look at.

RBBen Tate
With Arian Foster battling a hamstring injury, it's prudent to check out his backup. Tate missed all of last season with injuries of his own, but he has looked solid in his preseason return. He has locked up the backup role and should see plenty of action if Foster can't go.

RBJavon Ringer
He's another bench guy because Chris Johnson has missed almost the entire preseason. The Titans would be wise to take it easy with him early on. If anything happens to Johnson health-wise then Ringer will be in for an expanded role.

RBDelone Carter
Carter is another rookie that could pan out by the end of the season. He's shown big play ability this preseason and if anything happens to Joseph Addai, always a possibility, then Carter will get a big chance.

RBMontario Hardesty
Similar to Ben Tate, Hardesty missed all of his rookie season with an injury suffered before the season began. He's back now and in a backup role to Peyton Hillis. The backup job was originally given to Brandon Jackson who was recently placed on season ending IR with a toe injury. We all know how Peyton Hillis wore down at the end of last season, so you may want to handcuff this guy.

WRJerome Simpson
Jerome Simpson had an amazing finish to the 2010 season, with a pair of 100+ yardage outings and 3 TD's over the last two games. Right now the Bengals are being led by rookie Andy Dalton and the receiving picture isn't totally clear, but Simpson is a guy worth holding early to see if he can keep things going.

WRGreg Little
There aren't exactly a bunch of great receiving options in Cleveland so the Browns drafted Little hoping he could develop into their feature wideout. With the progression of Colt McCoy, Little could do big things this season. Don't look for too much early, he needs to get through Joshua Cribbs and Brian Robiskie first.

WREric Decker
Decker is a bit like Little in that he's currently the third receiving option if you go by the depth chart. He's been a surprise in the preseason and is definitely a sleeper in that offense. Watch his progress week to week, but if you are in a deeper league with room to hold a wideout, he's worth a flyer.

TEBenjamin Watson
Watson is coming back from a hip injury that kept him out of the end of the preseason, but he is worth a look as a backup TE. He tied for the 10th best TE in the league last season with 90 points on 68 receptions, 763 yards, and 3 TDs. He could do better this year with Colt McCoy getting more comfortable.
