QBMatt Flynn
In only his 2nd career start he was able to set franchise records for passing yards (480) and touchdowns (6). Flynn put on a show for all prospective teams looking to sign a QB in the off-season since he'll be an unrestricted free agent after this season. He completed 31 of 44 passes for 480 yards, 6 touchdowns and only 1 interception against a very solid Detroit pass defense. We'll have to wait and see what happens in the off-season but there will be many teams looking to sign him after this awesome performance.

QBMatthew Stafford
Stafford would have had the best game of the week if it hadn't of been for his opponent, Matt Flynn! Flynn scored a whopping 43 fantasy points with Stafford right behind him with 40 points. It was by far Stafford's best game of the year and his 3rd 30+ fantasy point game of the season. He throw for 5 touchdowns for the second time this season with the other coming in week 11 against Carolina. It was also his 4th straight game with a QB rating of 100+. Stafford finished the season with 5,047 total passing yards, 41 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.

QBDrew Brees
Who else but the record-breaker himself, Drew Brees. Brees ended up playing week 17 setting more NFL records including most completions in a single season with 468 and best completion percentage in a single season with 71.6 percent. He complete 28 of 35 passes for 389 yards and 5 touchdowns in the Saints routing of the Carolina Panthers. Here are some other awesome stats, 3rd game in a row scoring 42+ points against their opponents, 6th 40+ point game of the season as a team, 4th 30+ fantasy point game and 2nd 5-passing touchdown game. Brees ended the 2011 season with 5,476 passing yards, 46 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. It will be a tight race between him and Aaron Rodgers for MVP honors this season.

WRJordy Nelson
Jordy Nelson helped the Packers to a come-back win against the Detroit Lions 45-41 in a shoot-out, without Aaron Rodgers! Jordy caught 9 passes for 162 yards and 3 touchdowns in the season finale. Nelson scored 5 touchdowns in the last two games of the year and ended the season as the Packer's top wide receiver. He finished the year with 1,263 receiving yards and 15 scores.
